Born in a remote village in Nepal, he heard about Jesus from childhood but never took faith seriously. His grandmother and mother were miraculously healed after believing in Christ. However, he pursued worldly success, joining the Indian Army and forgetting about Jesus. As he earned money and sought pleasure, the fear of death and despair overtook him. In his distress, he started reading the Bible, and Jesus' words in John 11:25 deeply moved him. Realizing that true peace and eternal life are only found in Christ, he surrendered his life to Jesus and was baptized in 1994. God called him into ministry, leading him to resign from his job, study at a Bible college, and serve as a missionary pastor under the Nepal Reformed Church. Looking back, he sees how God's sovereign plan guided his life, even when he resisted. He echoes Augustine's words, realizing that true rest is only found in God. Now, he has no fear of death, knowing he will rise in Christ’s kingdom, where there is no suffering. He concludes with praise and gratitude to the God of peace who gave him true peace in Jesus.
